Resolves YES if Dogecoin reaches $0.10 before Ethereum reaches $2,500. Resolves NO if Ethereum gets there first.

Settles as soon as either threshold is reached, and no later than 25 September 2026.
If both thresholds are first met on the same day, this voids and refunds. If neither is reached by the close date, it resolves NO.
